CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

Estimated Time to Perform Services

Standard Schedule — Rebuild & Restore

  • Three-bureau credit report analysis.

VIP Schedule — VIP Credit Takeover

  • Comprehensive three-bureau credit report analysis.
  • Review of 15+ hard inquiries across credit reports.
  • Review of 10+ negative accounts for reporting errors.
  • Dispute assistance for eligible inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
  • Personalized credit rebuilding action plan.
  • Progress reviews every 30 days.
  • Ongoing guidance throughout the restoration process.
  • Proposed enrollment: $299 (one-time) · Monthly service: $149 · Required monitoring: $24.99/month (billed separately).

Payment Terms

Enrollment amounts are proposed service charges and are not automatically due upfront before legally permissible services have been performed. Total Payment Obligations

Client Responsibilities

  • Continue timely payments on all accounts during the program.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel within three business days of signing without penalty, and to cancel ongoing services at any time as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
